[March 2018] On request of UN DESA, Louis wrote a paper on Promoting policy and institutional coherence for the SDGs, as member of the UN Committee of Experts on Public Administration. This paper is published online in 6 language versions:

The paper and other papers will be discussed in-depth at the annual CEPA meeting (23-27 April at the UN HQ in New York), with member states and stakeholders. Main conclusions will be presented in July at the High Level Political Forum on the SDGs.
