Louis was invited by UN DESA to speak at the plenary official UN session on “Creating ownership at the national level”, in New York, 13th July 2016. He spoke about avoiding blueprints, the need to use all available governance tools, and about teaching silos to dance instead of breaking them down. PPT of his presentation.
