SEPT 2023 – Estonia’s capital Tallinn, in 2023 the proud European Green City, has developed an ambitous and comprehensive governance framework for sustainable development. To further improve this framework and its implementation, Tallinn’s SD team organised an international peer review on 27 & 28 September 2023. Experts from Madrid and Malmo, and two academic experts, discussed with Tallinn’s team and formulated recommendations. Louis Meuleman was one of the two academic experts.
