MAY 2023 – From 30 May until 1st June, the annual SDG Conference in preparation of the 2023 High Level political Forum on the SDGs was held at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Rome. Louis Meuleman and Ingeborg Niestroiy were among the invited participants. Louis moderated a parallel session on “Leveraging digital government to navigate intersecting crises and build resilience” with as speakers Aaron Maniam, Deputy secretary, Ministry of information and communication, Singapore; Javier Surasky, Research director, Cepei; Gianluca Misuraca, Vice President, Inspiring Futures; and Vincenzo Aquaro, Chief, e-government branch, UN DESA.
